Her relationships in the real estate industry allow Elizabeth to create off-market solutions or facilitate expediting transactions. In past the several years,Elizabeth has completed over 300,000 SF of lease transactions in South Florida.
From 2011 to 2016, Elizabeth was the Senior Vice President of Office Brokerage for a boutique real estate firm founded by her former CBRE Managing Director. Between 2002 and 2011, Elizabeth was with CBRE where she focused on tenant representation and global corporate real estate solutions. She was also affiliated with CBRE’s Public Institutions and Education Solutions Group. During the first decade of her career, Elizabeth represented institutional landlords on two significant suburban office parks in the Miami Airport West submarket. In addition, Elizabeth was instrumental in the on-site due diligence phase of three separate sales of commercial properties totaling over 2.4 million square feet and valued at over $160 million.

Rosemarie is very adept at creating strategies for her clients and keeping track of all client reporting and communications. Her quick responsiveness, integrity and excellent communication skills solidify her client relationships.
During her career, Rosemarie has helped represent multiple institutional and local property ownership in the leasing and/or disposition of their commercial real estate. She has worked with office, retail and industrial property owners and occupiers, so she has a broad range of knowledge.
Prior to joining Workspace, Rosemarie teamed with Elizabeth for four years at a boutique firm founded by their former CBRE managing director. She also was a leasing specialist at Colliers International South Florida where she represented clients such as TIAA-CREF and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Miami-Branch.
For six years ending in 2010, Rosemarie served as the Marketing Specialist for the CBRE Capital Markets Miami Private Client Group. This team’s principal focus was client representation for the acquisition and disposition of investment office and industrial properties. Rosemarie specialized in leasing, developing marketing and communications for private and institutional clients, the creation and the distribution of property marketing materials and business development collateral, database and transactional management, market research and client reporting.
